Cat's Claw Bark, or Una de Gato, is a woody vine with sharp thorns that is used traditionally in Peruvian medicine for a multitude of health issues. It is believed to be an antiviral and may also fight arthritis! It is also used to calm the nervous system and provide emotional balance.
To prepare as a tea:
Pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb.
Cover and steep 5-10 minutes, strain and serve!
