An indigenous medicinal treasure, Purple Echinacea aka Purple Coneflower has been used traditionally for generations to treat a variety of ailments.
This herb was administered as a fresh juice, herbal smudge or smoke, and often either the leaf or root was simply chewed on. Echinacea was used traditionally for supporting the immune system and also for topical use.
To Prepare as Tea:
Pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp of herb. Cover and Steep 3-5 minutes. Strain and Serve!
